My main mission on Spellcasters Chronicles as Outsourcing Character Artist was to supervise the production of assets and ensure the highest possible quality and fidelity to the art direction.
⠀
I'm proud to show you some creatures I supervised and that were created by very talented artists from :

https://www.artstation.com/room8studio
https://www.artstation.com/of3d

I learnt a lot with this managing position :
- Preparing briefs to clearly explain the task
- Give feedback with detailed reviews
- Match the art direction (handpaint, pipeline)
- Retake assets to polish them
- Integrate them in Maya
- Create team color schemes with ramps
- Track the production with Shotgun
- Create documentation when needed
- Archive and organise files
⠀
I also wanted to thank my team that always supported me :
